Charges include other offenses like aggravated kidnapping and extortion against various members of the network, marking an operation deemed as one the most complex ever undertaken by the authorities in the Central American nation of Costa Rica.

* Members used an item listing website “Bienvenidos” computer services center with front services of a travel company.

* Had active cooperative relationships with hotels connecting hoaxes treatments via fake vacation police to scam clients buyers into purchasing prolongued cheap vehicles as "fixed fees unit corrections tied to bank fees that were not" required.

* A second string consisted of selling countries offering were stolen.
